We scout, develop and place models in the markets that matter — from Guangzhou, Seoul and Tokyo to Milan, Paris and New York — and we know what those contracts look like from the inside, because we have signed them ourselves.

We are the agency behind the model. We scout new faces, build the first book, guide development, and place our models with the right agency in each market — then stay involved while they are there.
Because we came up as models ourselves, we know which markets pay, which contracts are worth signing, and what it actually feels like to land in a city where you do not speak the language. That experience is the whole reason this agency exists.
